"It said this would fit my..."
It said this would fit my car, but nope, not even close. I tried to make it work and just ended up annoyed because it was completely wrong. felt like a whole saga for something that should’ve been simple

"Felt cheap and wasn’t worth the wait"
I waited longer than I expected for this to show up, which was already frustrating, and then it ended up breaking after about a week. The parts felt really cheap right out of the box, so I wasn’t totally surprised, but still disappointing.

"Save your time and compare prices first"
The parts were fine and I didn’t have any issues with them, but the prices felt high compared to a few other shops I checked. save yourself some time and look around before buying here.

"Wish I Had Checked Sooner"
I was disappointed when my package showed up because it had the wrong items in it, not what I actually ordered. I really wish I had checked everything right away, because now I have to deal with getting it sorted out.

"Customer service was no help"
I emailed them twice about my order, and both times the replies were slow and kind of rude. What made it even more frustrating was having to explain the same issue over again like they hadn’t read anything I already sent. It really felt like they just wanted to brush me off and get me out of their inbox.

"Still Waiting on My Refund"

My parts did eventually arrive, but the shipping took way too long. I also wish the instructions or updates had been clearer so I knew what to expect. Overall, frustrating experience.

"Website was frustrating to use"
I had a hard time finding what I needed, and some pages loaded kind of weird, actually, not just kind of, they were really glitchy. Checkout kept messing up too, which made the whole thing way more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Not a whole lot to choose from"
I was kind of expecting Auto Barn to have a bigger range, but honestly... the selection felt limited.
A lot of the parts I looked up either didn’t show up at all or only had one option, so it was hard to compare brands or prices.
The site itself worked fine enough, but I ended up buying elsewhere because I just couldn’t find most of what I needed...
